"I grew up in Cape Town in South Africa, but I've been here in the United States for 15 years now. I moved here because of my job. Cape Town is a beautiful place, but the crime there is terrible. "

"Did you listen to Rodriguez when you were growing up?"

"Oh yes! Rodriguez was our thing! Cold Fact! Back in the 70s, my friends and I, we used to drive to the beach, listen to his music and just get our brains blown out, if you know what I mean! Those were some amazing times.

Rodriguez was bigger than anyone else in South Africa. He was better than Bob Dylan, bigger than Jimi Hendrix, bigger than all the stars of the time. "

"What do you do for fun?"

"I'm a huge open wheel racing fan, particularly Formula 1. I go to Indy (Indianapolis) every year and I've traveled all over the world to see the races. I saw Ayrton Senna race many times."

"If you can ever afford it... if you ever get a chance, you have to go to one place to watch a Formula 1 race. There's no experience like it. If you think you knew what wealth was, the experience will redefine your understanding of what it means to be wealthy."

"Monaco is not the playground of the rich. It's the playground of the super-rich. I'm not talking about people who have millions of dollars. Millions of dollars would be pocket change to these people. It took me years to recover from that trip. And I mean it took me years to recover financially!"
